  • I close my eyes and I see much more. Know that this journey of yoga is not linear. What I mean by that is that your practice does not get better over time..it gets deeper over time. Your practice does not go upward, it goes inward. The poses are just sign post toward this depth of yourself, the more challenging the pose the deeper you enter yourself.   • Although my IG page is based off movement and yoga tutorials, I ultimately teach a lifestyle. • I don’t only teach movement and asana’s but I also teach a way to live which has both disciplines and freedoms to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. What you see on my page is only half of that lifestyle, the other half is what you do off the mat. My retreats are no doubt filled with a lot of classes and workshops but the real learning comes from the ability to ask questions and the desire to find the answer to them. Which can only be done over time in an intimate setting like retreats or workshops. • So yes, you do learn so much about the physical, mental and spiritual practices yet my retreats offer much more then what you can put on a drawing board. • On top of this, my favourite part about retreats is meeting my students for the first time, sharing our stories and equally getting inspired about how we got started.
